Grilled Chuck Eye Steak
A chuck eye steak is seasoned with salt and pepper then cooked on a scorching hot grill to an internal temperature of 135F. Optional recipes for marinades and sauces are provided.

- Chuck Eye Steaks about 1 lbs each
- 1 tbsp kosher salt per steak
- 1 tbsp black pepper per steak
Season the steaks liberally with salt and pepper.
Allow the steaks to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to give the salt time to dissolve into the meat.
Heat your grill to High (~500F).
Put the steak on the hot grill and cook for two minutes.
Rotate the steak 90 degrees and cook two more minutes.
Flip the steak over and grill for two minutes.
Rotate the steak 90 degrees and cook until the internal temperature is 135F.
Remove the steak from the grill and serve.
