I have put together this collection of over 50 smoker recipes that are easy to replicate and are perfect for beginners!<\/span><\/p>\n

Some of these posts are traditional recipes while other are more focused on general techniques.\u00a0 There are recipes for smoking pork, beef and chicken as well as a few other odds and ends.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have tried to keep the recipes general enough that you should be able to replicate them regardless of whether you are using a Masterbuilt electric smoker, a Traeger pellet grill or a Weber Smokey Mountain.\u00a0 Heck, I did most of these recipes on a simple Weber kettle.<\/span><\/p>\n
