Korean BBQ short ribs, also called Galbi, are a popular Korean dish made by marinating thin-cut beef short ribs in a sweet and savory sauce with ingredients like soy sauce, pear, garlic, and ginger. They are then grilled or pan-fried to crispy perfection and are a staple at Korean BBQ restaurants. 

Preparation time: 

10 mins to prep, 15 mins to cook and 7 hrs. additional time  

Ingredients: 

  • Three-quarters of a cup of soy sauce  
  • three-quarters cup of water 
  • 3 teaspoons of white vinegar.  
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil.  
  • Ingredients: ½ big, chopped onion, ¼ cup garlic minced.  
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar.  
  • 2 teaspoons of white sugar.  
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper.  
  • Three pounds. Korean-style shorter ribs (beef chuck flanken, chopped 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick along bones) 

Instruction
